First check that your popcork® sink strainer or tub strainer is properly inserted. The edge of the strainer should sit pretty tight against the drain wall which will hold it in place firmly. Then run the faucet on full blast; if water pressure doesn’t force it to move, it fits!
If your popcork® does move, you're able to receive a full refund or a custom-sized popcork® that will fit your drain.
If your popcork® product doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll help by either customizing a better fit for your tub or sink - or we'll process a refund for your purchase if we're notified within 30 days of you receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back and from there, refunds will be issued within 10 business days after approval.
The most common bathroom sink drain sizes are 1.25" in diameter, followed by 1.5" and then 1.35".
