First check that your popcork® sink strainer or tub strainer is properly inserted. The edge of the strainer should sit pretty tight against the drain wall which will hold it in place firmly. Then run the faucet on full blast; if water pressure doesn’t force it to move, it fits!
If your popcork® does move, you're able to receive a full refund or a custom-sized popcork® that will fit your drain.
If your popcork® product doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll help by either customizing a better fit for your tub or sink - or we'll process a refund for your purchase if we're notified within 30 days of you receiving your order.

To use popcork® products, follow these steps - whether you're using our sink stoppers or tub stoppers:
1) Remove your old sink stopper and tub stopper. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to easily remove a sink stopper.
2) Push your popcork® product into the respective drain.
3) Check that your popcork® sink strainer or tub strainer is inserted properly by running your faucet on full blast. If your popcork® doesn't move, you're all set!
4) If your popcork® DOES move after step three, replace it with a larger size from the package you received from us - then complete steps 1 -3 if needed.
5) To stop water flow, simply screw the cap included with your order into the strainer.
